Holiday kits include your choice of a child or adult size “Happy Holidays” toothbrush personalized with your practice logo and information on the back, holiday floss, and a travel cap. All of these items come pre-assembled in a “Keep your smile merry & bright!” imprinted kit bag.

The base price includes single-color imprint on kit bag and toothbrush. Kit bag will be printed in black ink and toothbrushes will be printed in silver ink. You may upgrade to full-color print.
