Tess Oral Health is a locally owned company seeking a motivated, dependable individual to join our production team. This is a full-time second-shift position in a clean, modern facility with a friendly, supportive production staff and a positive work environment.

Position Details

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Availability: 3:30pm – 12:00am
• Schedule: Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays.
• Rate: Starting at $16/hour

General Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math skills as needed
• Comfortable recording data on forms, checklists, or computer systems
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English clearly
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Operate production machines with minimal supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Read, organize, and prioritize orders by date
• Inspect imprinted items for quality during production
• Accurately complete daily production logs

Packaging & Shipping Responsibilities

• Read & understand sales orders
• Pick and pull items from the warehouse
• Weigh, package, and prepare orders for shipment
• Ship packages via UPS/FedEx (basic computer skills required)
• Organize and fulfill orders by date and alphabetically
• Accurately complete daily production logs

Production Machine Operator

Tess Oral Health is a locally-owned company.  We offer an excellent working environment in our clean, modern facility with a friendly and dedicated production staff. We are seeking individuals to operate imprinting and packaging machines. Individuals must be dependable, fast and be able to speak and read English proficiently including good communication skills, both written and verbal.

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am, with a full benefit package including 401k, medical, dental, and vision.

Responsibilities include:

• Able to run machines with little or no supervision.
• Maintain a clean work area and read and organize orders by date.
• Input data on daily production log.

Candidate must be able to work on his/her feet for extended periods and lift up-to 30 pounds regularly. Candidate must be able to understand orders and use critical thinking skills along with basic math skills, when necessary. Lastly, candidate must be able to follow instructions and input data on forms, checklists, or computer.
