Remote Sales Representative

Tess Oral Health manufactures and distributes personalized oral care products to dental professionals across the globe. We are a locally-owned company located in Eau Claire, WI and are experiencing significant growth and expanding our Dental Sales Team. We are seeking energetic individuals to join our sales team. You will be working with and calling on dental practices on the phone from your home office.

Sales experience or a background in the dental field is a plus, but not required. A positive attitude, clear communication and determination to succeed is all you need. We will provide industry leading product and sales training for you to be successful.

This is a full-time position with an hourly base pay plus uncapped commission and incentive program. We offer paid time off, a full benefit package including health, dental, vision, and a 401k with employer match.

Tentative sales training start date of Winter 2024.

Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
    • Retain, maintain, and grow existing customer base in an assigned sales territory.
    • Prospect new customers through outbound phone calls.
    • Establish and expand successful relationships with decision-makers at dental practices.
    • Complete customer orders obtained from both inbound and outbound phone calls.
    • Use effective time management skills to meet daily call volume, sales and activity objectives.
    • Maintain customer account details through CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
    • Remote workers must have, or be able to get, reliable high-speed DSL or cable internet.  No WiFi Internet Providers using Hot Spots (such as T-Mobile or Xfinity)
    • Dedicated home office area
    • May not have any other responsibilities during the work day, such as caring for dependents
    • Full Time, 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and contacts
    • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
    • Occasional travel to trade shows
    • Competent computer skills

Inside Sales Representative

Tess Oral Health is a locally-owned company based in Eau Claire, WI that is experiencing significant growth and expanding our Inside Sales Team. We are seeking energetic people to join our sales team. You will be working with and calling dental practices on the phone from our Eau Claire, WI office.

Sales experience or a background in the dental field is a plus, but not necessary. A positive attitude, clear communication and determination to succeed is all you need. We will provide all the necessary sales training to be successful.

Compensation is hourly base pay plus uncapped commission. We offer a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid time off and an employer matched 401k.

This is a full-time position: 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
