Standard Return Policy

Non-personalized items can be returned 30 days from the original purchase date. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please call 1-800-762-1765* to obtain instructions for returning the product. Standard shipping rates will apply unless the order was incorrect or damaged. Personalized orders are not returnable. If the product was damaged or if there was an error in your order, please call 1-800-762-1765* so we can make it right!

Damaged Product

If product arrives damaged, we apologize. Return shipping to and from our facility will be free! Please call 1-800-762-1765* so we can help you return and replace the damaged product. We’ll ship your replacement product as soon as possible. Our #1 goal is for you to be satisfied!

The previews of personalized items on the website are for preview purposes only and should not be considered final. Upon request, we will send you an actual proof of the personalization layout for approval. Colors may vary slightly from the screen to the actual product. Shipping Policy

US and Canadian orders over 2 pounds are normally shipped UPS unless other arrangements are made in advance. Consumer items less than 2 pounds are often shipped through the U.S. Mail service. For international orders, please contact us directly at 1-715-832-7271 to discuss shipping options.
