Q.Am I limited to 32 characters in personalization?

No, Tess can fit a tremendous amount of information on a brush. We can imprint up to three lines of text per brush. Please remember that you are trying to make a visual impact with the imprinting. More is not necessarily better.

Q.Can I select certain brush colors for imprinting?

Yes.  Many people choose a specific color(s) for holidays or certain events from weddings to dental-awareness school programs.

Q.Can I supply my own logo for printing?

Yes. You can upload a logo on our website as part of the ordering process. We accept JPG, PNG, and GIF image formats. Or,  you can send the logo to us via e-mail to We can also scan logos from letterhead, business cards, etc.

Q.How long does personalization take?

Personalization generally takes 48 hours or less.

Q.What ink colors are available for personalization?

Gold, Silver, and black are available at no additional charge. Other colors (including exact PMS matches) are available at a flat fee of $50.00.

Q.What is the size of the imprint area?

The imprint area varies on each product, but on most toothbrushes it is approximately 2 inches by 3/8 inches.

Q.Do you have institutional prices?

Yes, we have special pricing for institutions, non-profit organizations, and federal/state/local governments. If you think that your organization may qualify for institutional pricing, please call 1-800-762-1765.

Q.Can I expedite my shipment?

Yes, we can ship next-day. We will work with you to get the product to you when you need it at a price you find acceptable.

Q.Can I ship to a home address?

Yes, we can ship to a home address. UPS generally charges a higher rate for a home delivery versus a business delivery.

Q.Can I use a carrier other than UPS?

Yes.  However, UPS may be the most cost effective shipping method. We have special shipping rates with UPS due to the volume we ship with them.

Q.Do you have an automatic shipping program?

Yes, we have one of the most user-friendly auto-ship programs available. You can control the volume, frequency of delivery and mix of product. You can modify the shipping criteria to fit your needs; i.e. you can speed up or slow down shipments, and increase or decrease quantities. Q.How much is shipping?

We ship via UPS. You are charged our UPS ground rate for regular shipments. Truck shipments are available for large orders in which case we will find the most cost effective rate available.

Q.What is the lead-time to ship an personalized order?

Personalized orders usually ship in 48 hours or less.

Q.When will my order ship?

Non-personalized orders generally ship same day or next day. Personalized orders generally ship within 48 hours.


Q.Do I have to buy a case of one type of brush to get case pricing?

No.  A case can include six boxes (72 count.) of any mix of brushes; e.g. kids, adult, perio toothbrushes, etc. For example, you may have a mix of six boxes of various adult and kids brushes within one case. As long as you purchase an entire case, then you will receive the case pricing level.

Q.How are my brushes packaged?

Our brushes are individually packaged in clear cello-wrap, then packed in bulk boxes for delivery.

Q.How many brushes are in a case?

There are 432 (3 gross) toothbrushes per case. A case consists of 6 boxes. Each box contains 72 brushes.

Special Orders

Q.Does a special order take longer?

Typically not, but it may depend on the uniqueness of the order. For instance, it may take a few days to get a special PMS color. Call 1-800-762-1765, and we'll help you get your special order on time!

Q.How do I know if my order is a special order?

Special orders include custom imprint colors, logos, fonts and certain custom brush/bristle color combinations not promoted on the website. Call us at 1-800-762-1765 and we'll help you with your special order.
