Standard Return Policy
Non-Imprinted items can be returned 30 days from the original purchase date. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please call 800-762-1765* to obtain instructions for returning the product. Standard shipping rates will apply unless the order was incorrect or damaged.
Custom imprinted orders are not returnable. If product was damaged or if there was an error in your order, please call 800-762-1765*.
Damaged Product
If product arrives damaged, return shipping to and from our facility will be free. Please call 800-762-1765* for help in returning product and arranging for replacements.
Imprinting Previews
Website previews of imprinted items are for preview purposes only and should not be considered the final imprint. Upon request, Tess will send you an actual proof of the imprint layout for approval. Colors may vary slightly from the screen to the actual product.
Shipping Policy
US and Canadian orders over 2 pounds are normally shipped UPS unless other arrangements are made in advance. Consumer items under 2 pounds are often shipped through the U.S. Mail service. For international orders, please contact us directly.
