Yes! Every order is custom-made. Some customers select a specific color(s) to match their logo or an event. Some customer request orders with less “pink” brushes than other colors. We love to customize!
To request a cancellation, please contact us at 1-800-762-1765/Intl 1-715-832-7271 and provide your order number. If the order has not been personalized and has not shipped, then we will be able to cancel the order.

Non-personalized items can be returned 30 days from the original purchase date. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Call 1-800-762-1765/Intl 1-715-832-7271 or email us at orders@tessoralhealth.com. We’d be happy to help with your return.

Yes, we can ship same-day and next-day. We will work with you to get the product to you when you need it at a price you find acceptable.
Orders ship within 48 hours. From the time the order leaves our facility, for standard shipping, use this map to estimate arrival. Expedited shipping is also available.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You may input the tracking number to trace your order.
